Welcome to Makers Corner Crafts
Hello! My name is Michelle Dear Moncrief, and I am the owner of and content creator for Makers Corner Crafts.
I live in North Texas with my husband, Jason, and our rescue dog, Toby.
I love to craft! I also love to crochet and knit, cook up lots of good food, and get cozy with a good book.
Before I started Makers Corner Crafts, I traveled all over the US as a technical consultant. If you live in the US, I have most likely been to your neck of the woods at least once.
These days, I'm staying closer to home, which means I get to spend a lot more time with my family.
I’ve been helping people and companies improve their productivity and efficiency for a couple of decades. My favorite technical areas were business intelligence and project management.
I have a lot of experience managing client relationships, which has made me a reliable, trustworthy, and professional creator of communities and knowledge sharing.

I created Makers Corner Crafts in 2022 for the Cricut and die-cutting craft community. I provide craft education through fun and engaging articles, helpful guides, videos, courses, and books.
I can help you make sense of electronic die cutters, graphics design applications, and other craft processes that may be new to you. I can also help you enjoy the technology in crafting instead of feeling frustrated and overwhelmed.
